Last February, at the Centquatre exposition center, the Cookbook fair brought together many culinary cultures and offered a fabulous opportunity to meet professionals from the publishing world: culinary and wine editors, writers, chefs, and journalists. Le Cordon Bleu was naturally a partner of the festival.

This year the festival assembled French and international Chefs, conference speakers, food and wine exhibitors, and arranged book signings by authors and publishers.
